3. How will this be done? Geetha does team coaching in a non-intrusive way, using low-touch but effective techniques. Working in collaboration with the Team, team leader(s) and their stakeholders, Geetha enables the team to discover their vision, best ways of working and team dynamics. Geetha also runs workshops for teams e.g. Strength Profile & Improvement Profile workshops, team-360 and psychological safety assessment workshops.
