2. What can I expect? Some typical programs run for organisational transformation have been: 
  • Culture change program e.g. Breaking silos

3. How will this be done? The duration of any such program is organisation and goal dependent. Once the cohort participants (individuals, teams, departments) are finalised, Geetha will typically either use any in house system if available or create a simple system for the program to run successfully.

Some example programs where a high value was seen within a short period: The 100-hour "Leadership Coaching program", run over 5 months during lunch time, with a mixed cohort of high-potential leaders and managers, produced a NPS score of 100 from all participants, and triggered some great successes for the coachees. A Culture change program, where departments were effectively brought together to create a one-team culture through an "Infoshare" initiative, with Geetha receiving an award for the success of this effort.
