ABOUT I'm Geetha Ramachandran - Executive Leadership Coach, Team Coach and organisational advisor with 20+ years of experience working across complex, scaling and transforming organisations. My career began in engineering and moved through technology, process and people - which means I understand not just the human side of leadership, but the operational and strategic realities leaders work within. That combination is rare in coaching, and it's what enables me to bridge the gap between who a leader is and what their organisation needs. I hold a postgraduate program qualification in Personal and Business Coaching from Barefoot Coaching UK, and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am a certified Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) practitioner - one of the most rigorous 360-degree leadership assessment tools available globally. My broader qualifications span Agile Coaching (ICAgile), Scrum (Scrum Alliance), Change Management (APMG International), and accredited leadership and delivery training. I bring a keen interest in psychology, neuroscience, transactional analysis and systemic constellations and apply these in practice. I work with CEOs, C-suite leaders, senior leadership teams and boards - and with growth-stage founders making the transition from operator to CEO. I have worked globally across Telecom, Healthcare, FMCG, Aviation, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Media and Events. Recipient of "Woman of the Year" (2018, The Telegraph) and "Made a Difference" Award (2014, Acumen). Achieved a Net Promoter Score of 100 from a global corporate leadership development programme (2020). 1500+ hours of executive coaching delivered. 65 leadership and organisational teams facilitated. |

Coaching with Geetha has truly been a life changing experience. This journey over 6 sessions took courage.
